Following signup, practice owners can access the OrthoIntouch portal & create notification templates, however notifications cannot be delivered until practice information has been imported from Cloud 9.
Cloud9 processes integration requests weekly. Practice owners may contact Cloud 9 to expedite urgent requests. Practice information will be imported the evening integration details are received from Cloud 9.
